Once we discover our erotic signature and who we are as erotic beings, we can then use the framework of the Anatomy of Desire to bring our desires to the world.

Himeros, Greek God of Sexual Desire and Passion, one of the Erotes, a group of winged gods associated with love, passion, and erotic desire.
Himeros represents uncontrollable desire, longing, and the urge for intimate connection — not just physical lust but also emotional yearning and spiritual craving.
Himeros signifies a journey toward rediscovering passion, intimacy, and wholeness. By referencing Himeros, we embraces both the physical and emotional aspects of desire—encouraging men to not only reconnect with their sexuality but also cultivate deeper self-awareness and meaningful connections.
COSMO MEENS
The thriving firekeeper and life force behind our men’s retreats, Cosmo is father, a husband, and a full-time women’s erotic bodyworker with Back to the Body. Cosmo graduated the Somatic Sex Educator program with his wife, Casia Sobolewski (a practitioner and co-founder of the men’s retreats), in 2017, and begun a journey into the immense and life-giving field of supporting people in their pleasure.
Recruited by Pamela Madsen of Back to the Body immediately after he graduated, he has logged over 2000 hours working in immersive containers with women, working within a triadic model alongside female support and therapists.
He is an erotic philosopher, exploring the depths and truths of who we are as people and how do we navigate life in a way that supports our highest thriving, in pleasure, in truth-seeking, in discipline, in love, in obsession, in connection.
He has been facilitating men’s retreats (previously known as The Apollo Project) for over 6 years and continues to be inspired to work with men, recognizing the importance of male friendship, communication, and vulnerability. He could spend days in conversations about how men are, instead of how they should be, and how we can support them in their highest integrity.
Supported by his wife/partner in divine union, Casia, he developed The Anatomy of Desire, a method for consent. In collaboration with Ori Dahan this work unfolded into Desire By Design, the current iteration of the men’s retreats.
