Somatic Sex Education

Casia has over 15 years of experience in Sex Education. Starting at 19, she dove right into the deep end of exploring this most vulnerable and tenderest part of humanity and hasn’t stopped since.

You can work with Casia virtually, either independently or prior to attending a retreat. Beginning the exploration of speaking about your sexuality, noticing your body, and bringing in somatic practices.

Casia lives and works in Victoria, BC and is also available for in-person sessions, too.
