Every Himeros retreat is designed to help you reveal your unique Erotic Signature, and empower you to embody your desires with clarity and confidence.

Our curriculum is built on the ‘Desire by Design’ philosophy, an intentional four-step journey that helps you understand and embrace your unique erotic identity.

Using the foundations of Somatic Sex Education, our practitioners are trained to guide participants deeper into connection with themselves through breath, sound, touch, movement, and interoception. Featured above is a demonstration of what this might look like.

What makes us different?

We believe pleasure and desire are guiding forces behind how we navigate all of life, and until we are aligned with these deepest parts of ourselves, we can never fully know ourselves. We offer daily somatic sex education sessions with trained and experienced female practitioners. You will be assigned to a practitioner and go through a 5 session arc over the course of the retreat. This is an opportunity to explore hands-on experiences in arousal, embodiment, and desire.
